Kyle and Kristi set their course for Alaska in 2003 while serving in the U.S. Air Force. What began as an assignment quickly became home. Drawn to Alaska’s strength and independence, they chose to build their life—and raise their family—there. Today, they share that life with their three children and two dogs, embracing both adventure and balance.

Their journey has taken them across the globe, shaping a perspective rooted in discipline, adaptability, and service. That same foundation now guides how they support others—bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to every path they help navigate.

Kristi’s path has always been defined by movement, growth, and purpose. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she grew up in a military family, experiencing life across Central America and the Middle East before charting her own course in the U.S. Air Force at 18 years old.

Beginning in Executive Administration, she quickly built a strong operational foundation while earning her first Associate’s degree in Information Management. Over the course of her military career, she continued advancing—earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a specialization in Criminal Justice, along with a second Associate’s degree in Business Studies—all while serving in locations across the U.S. and abroad.

After retiring from the Air Force, Kristi shifted her focus toward healthcare, earning her third Associate’s degree and becoming a Registered Nurse. She played a pivotal role in launching a specialty surgical clinic in Anchorage, where she served as both Practice Manager and office nurse—bringing structure, leadership, and precision to a growing operation.

Kristi’s strength lies in creating order from complexity—keeping operations aligned, efficient, and moving forward with purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with family and friends.

Kyle’s journey reflects a constant drive to learn, adapt, and improve. Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, he began by earning an Associate’s degree in Wireless Communications before joining the U.S. Air Force, where he worked in Guidance & Control on the flight line.

As his career progressed, Kyle expanded his technical expertise, earning a second Associate’s degree in Avionics Systems Technology. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned into Cyber Security with the Alaska Air National Guard—bringing his focus indoors while stepping into a rapidly evolving field. During this time, he also earned a third Associate’s degree in Electronics Systems Technology.

Kyle approaches every challenge with precision and curiosity, always looking ahead and refining the path forward. Outside of work, he enjoys Alaska’s outdoors, hiking, and staying active. He also shares a love of motorcycle riding with Kristi and spends time exploring finance, technology, and new ideas through audiobooks and research.
